Thank you for taking the time to review our schedule. If you live in Altamonte Springs or you’re looking for self-defense classes near Orlando, come try a few sessions with us. Please keep in mind, all blue classes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays are gi classes; All red classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays are No-Gi classes.
We’re closed on all major holidays
